Holly Jolly Milk

Ingredients:

· 2 cups any milk (almond, coconut)

· ½ Tablespoon ground turmeric

· ¾ teaspoon ground ginger or fresh ginger

· 1 pinch black pepper

· 2 teaspoon cinnamon

· 2 Tablespoons honey

· 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

· 1 Tablespoon maple syrup


Directions:

1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and spices over medium-heat heat.

2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes.

4. Add the syrup, honey, and vanilla.

5. Serve immediately or make iced lattes by refrigerating until cold and then serving over ice.
