Gone Fishing Snack
This is an easy and fun recipe that will allow a child to make their own healthy snack. Use this recipe to teach counting and color recognition. Children love to help and learn.

Ingredients:
8 Rice Cakes (Use any Flavor)
½ cup whipped Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Blue Food Coloring
32 Fish Crackers
Directions:
Put the whipped Vanilla Greek Yogurt in a bowl. Stir in the food coloring until it becomes the color of the sea.
Spread 1 tablespoon of yogurt on each rice cake.
Place 3-4 fish crackers standing up in the “pond”.

Nutrition Tips/Notes:
Make this recipe even healthier by adding chopped fresh veggies and/or herbs.
Cucumber pieces, small spinach leaves, parsley make good lily pads.
Great party snack for a child's birthday party.
